SUMMARY OF EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

Based upon the State and Federal regulations, the following employment conditions are required once a job offer has been accepted by a qualified applicant.

Employment will be offered, pending:

1. Mantoux Test (TB test) passed successfully
This may be administered at no cost to the applicant, as authorized by Opportunity Enterprises.

2. Background Checks

3. Proof of High School Diploma or GED required

4. Current driver’s license and acceptable driving record

5. Proof of auto insurance

6. Pass drug test successfully
