FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Open Interviews at OE - Get to Know and Work for Our Amazing People!
When Dawn Crozier started at Opportunity Enterprises in 2005, she not only took on the role as a group home manager, but also became an excellent example of how rewarding the vocational experience of working for individuals with disabilities can be.
"It is very rare that you work at a job where you get so close to people. This job makes you look at yourself differently, by interacting with the residents," said Crozier. "To watch them accomplish tasks and grow is so awesome."
On Friday, May 30, at 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., the office of human resources at Opportunity Enterprises will be interviewing and hiring applicants in the following areas: Direct Service Professionals, Clean Team Crew and Ceiling/Floor Cleaning Specialists. Interested parties should go to the main entrance and check in with the agency receptionist. OE offers competitive benefits, including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K/profit sharing program, vacation, sick, holiday hours, tuition reimbursement, corporate health club membership - and more!
For Sally Gaff, the benefits are only part of what makes working at OE so special. The professional environment and mission of the agency that makes it such a rewarding experience, "People work here because of the mission of OE and you can be involved in changing someone's quality of life by the work you do."
Gaff continued, "OE is a friendly place to work where you can find many great colleagues who actually enjoy their jobs and are proud of their work. Teamwork is encouraged so if you like being part of a team, this is a good place to be!"
