Career Connections is centered on two concepts:

Individual choice – participants in the program determine their goals, their rate of progress and their engagement in the program

Community engagement – participants learn about vocational opportunities, volunteer and acquire essential job skills in the community.

To further personalize the experience, each participant in Career Connections will be placed into one of three tracks based on their short and long-term goals. Each track contains additional components specific to these goals.
