Day Service for those with Dementia
Dementia can greatly impact the day to day needs of an individual and their caregiver. At O.E.’s Renewed Horizons day program we understand those needs and know how to balance them with engaging activities and caring team members. Our inclusive program offers all individuals who have dementia or an intellectual/physical disability the opportunity to be provided with a meaningful day.

OE’s Renewed Horizons Program provides everything your loved one needs. We offer engaging opportunities that reinforce memory care and self-sufficiency to those with Dementia or intellectual/developmental disabilities. To ensure participants are being cared for at the highest level, OE’s dementia care includes certified staff and specialized services.

Dementia Services are private pay only.
Certified Staff Include:

Two CARES certified Dementia Specialists

Direct Support Professionals trained in CPR, Medication Administration (MedCore) and Dementia Care

A dedicated Program Specialist serving as your direct contact

Monday - Friday
7:30am - 3:30pm
