Volunteers who interact with our clients must be at least 18 years old and agree to all volunteer policies and requirements of OE. This includes completing a volunteer application, background check, drug screening, TB test, and volunteer orientation before beginning service. Volunteers under the age of 18 are welcome to participate in group settings when accompanied by an adult.
